Keith directs divisional product line and program management functions whose primary objectives are to: assure customer satisfaction via quality, schedule, and product performance; achieve divisional cost of sales target; and promote overall business growth.
Prior to coming to Choctaw Defense, Keith served as Director of Body Armor and Readiness and Sustainment for BAE Systems, Phoenix, AZ for 5 years and was responsible for setting Global Operational conditions and procedures to improve sustainment level repair services for Soldier equipment including a wide range of cleaning, repair, reset replacement and upgrade capability required for R&S global sales and market development activities for military and adjacent markets within the Protection Systems Business Unit.
Prior to BAE systems, Keith served as Vice-President of U.S. Navy Programs and Far East Division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for 6 years. Keith was responsible for the profit and loss of a $30M organization. He controlled contracts with the Department of Defense, Army, Marine Corp, Navy and other government agencies. Keith was responsible for overseeing all technical and programmatic aspects of the system development in accordance with contractual obligations (Prime and Sub Contractor). Performed as GSA Regional Manager for SAIC.
Keith served a distinguished 27 year career in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1997. Keith earned his Undergraduate Degree in Business Management from North Carolina Wesleyan and has an MBA in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Keith is married to the former Sue Stober from Lima Ohio and they have two children and 5 grandchildren.
